Websites helpful to tracking goals

Let's face it...the goal is simple...
Calories in have to be less than Calories out, this is the basic rule to getting rid of extra weight.
There are many ways to help us with this along the way...for example, increasing your metabolism, of which there will be a post on sometime soon, that helps to boost the progress of weight loss.

In the meantime, here are a couple of websites that I have used over the years to keep track of calories in vs. calories out.

www.myfitnesspal.com
This website is great because it has thousands of food options that you can choose from when you are inputing your meals for the day. You can even make up your own and put them in. It has a great mobile app, for those of you who are using smart phones. And you can connect to other friends, kinda like facebook. Just another way to keep you accountable! The best part about the site is it is FREE!

www.calorieking.com
This is another site that has a lot food options to help you keep track of your calories for the day. Both of these have a lot of restaurant's food items listed.

Both of these sites have calculators to help you figure out your weight loss goal and tell you how many calories you should be sticking with to attain that goal.

Please tell us, if you have a site that you like to use!
